It is the policy of the clinic that all repeat prescription requests must be made in writing. This is to reduce the possibility of errors in relation to your prescription medications.

Written requests may be emailed, faxed, posted, or dropped into the designated box in the hallway.

You may also request a repeat prescription online by completing the Prescription Request.

Please allow three working days for routine repeat prescriptions as all scripts need to be checked thoroughly by the doctor.

Please note that repeat prescriptions are generally issued for a maximum of 6 months.

It may be necessary for some patients to have regular check ups and blood tests while on prescribed medication. The doctors at the clinic follow best practice guidelines in relation to the frequency of check ups and blood testing while on prescribed medication. If you are due a check up or blood test, you many be issued with a short term script only as an interim measure pending your review visit.
