Child Safety

We are committed to upholding the principles of Child protection and safety enshrined within the Children First Act 2015. Please see our Child Safeguarding Statement.

Text Messaging

We request consent from our patients in relation to contacting them by SMS text from time to time. Please sign the consent on the new patient registration form.

Training and Medical Education

We have a strong commitment to ongoing medical education and teaching at The Park Clinic.

We sometimes have medical students with us in the Practice.

You will always be asked for your consent in advance, if a medical student is sitting in on consultations on that particular day.

Please be assured that your wishes will always take precedence if you prefer not to have a student in attendance.

Complaints Policy

Although we strive to provide the highest quality service,we welcome feedback regarding our performance.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint, please so so directly to the medical director.

We promise to investigate thoroughly all complaints and review our policies and procedures as necessary.

Courtesy and Respect

We aim to deliver our service with due courtesy and respect for all our patients.We expect the same in return.

We operate a zero tolerance policy in relation to aggressive behaviour and verbal abuse.

Patients who engage in verbal or aggressive behaviour towards any member of staff will be delisted from our clinic.

Fees

All fees must be paid on the day.

Patients with outstanding accounts may be deregistered from the practice.
